• Auth Provider ID (Google/Discord/GitHub ID).
• Content: Posts, Comments, Resonance.
• Approximate Location: (Country/Region Code only) for compliance.

2. HOW WE USE IT

To render the "Pulse" (Global Heatmap). To filter content based on local laws. To prevent spam. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. COOKIES

We use minimal cookies for Authentication (Supabase) and essential functionality. No tracking pixels.

4. DELETION

You can delete your posts at any time. Account deletion is permanent and wipes all your echoes from the database.

5. COMPLIANCE & RETENTION (DPDPA 2023)

WhatsInYourMind compiles strictly with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 of India. By using this platform, you consent to the processing of your data explicitly for operational functionality. Your account and associated signals will be retained for a minimum of 3 years to comply with local regulations, unless manually and explicitly wiped by you via the Journal settings. We employ strict access controls, explicitly forbid mandatory real-name usage, and encrypt all Private Journal entries to protect your identity.
